DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Introduction

This policy details the terms and conditions in relations to deliveries and returns of products purchased through our website.

Dispatch

It may take between 1 to 2 working days for us to prepare your order for shipping. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Geographical coverage

In addition to the United Kingdom, we can usually ship to countries in the EU including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If you do not live in any of the above countries but would still like to purchase from us or have a special request, please email us at info@whitebeamshop.com and we will endeavour to accommodate your requests.

UK Customers

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail and DHL.

The typical delivery period for customers located on the UK Mainland is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Our delivery charges in respect of all UK Mainland destinations is £5 per order.  

International Customers

For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail and DHL.

The typical delivery period for international orders is 4 to 7 days from the date of dispatch.

In respect of the following countries, delivery charges per order will be £10.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Customs Charges

Please be aware that customs charges may apply to shipments to outside the UK and EU zones. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. We will not be responsible for your package being held by customs.

Return and Exchange

We are happy to issue a refund or exchange for any unused item (*some exclusions apply) that is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for UK orders, within 14 days for EU orders or 21 days for international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the days stated above.

*For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.

*Discounted items purchased during sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

*Promotional items are non-refundable. If you are returning a product that comes with a promotional item, you must return both the purchase and promotional item. Otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted when issuing your refund.

Please email info@whitebeamshop for any returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please attach either an invoice or a copy of your purchase order email confirmation with your returned goods.

You will be responsible for costs of returning the items to us.  We will not be held responsible for items lost and damaged during the return shipping. If you are returning a high value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or consider taking out shipping insurance. 

Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.

Once your returned items have been received by us, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the refund has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit equal to the cost of the product(s) will be applied to your credit card within 5 to 7 working days.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
